The remarkable spirit and physical presence

of this nugget, for its size, amazed me!

After its discovery and some clean-up,

the cause for my excitement was confirmed.  

Upon revealing and realizing the full extent of its character,

well, it just had to have a title –

a fitting, celebrity tag! 

I just couldn’t find one that wasn’t too cliché,

too overused and too mundane! 

Sooooo!  I conjured this name and appointed this wild piece of Au with the original

Gold Nugget Man distinction of

“Thunder Maguggle!” 

Now, this one shall be the original nugget of that name! 

Later, ones may make the claim of being

“Thunder Maguggle -like”! 

If my photos do it any justice,

you’ll see intricate patterns that defy detailed description. 

It’s blessed with ridges and pockets, and peaks and valleys. 

This is a substantial and solid piece with intriguing appendages

that demand care when being handled or displayed. 

Enthralling is a good term to bestow on this shiny golden chunk

which exceeds one and a quarter grams in weight.
